Romelu Lukaku had something of a coming-of-age performance in Manchester United's 2-1 win over Chelsea on Sunday.

After Willian had put the Blues into a 1-0 lead at Old Trafford, the Belgian striker took matters into his own hands, scoring the equaliser after linking up excellently with Anthony Martial and then providing a sumptuous cross for Jesse Lingard to nod home the winner.

The £75m man has had his ups and downs since arriving at United, but his display against his old club was his best yet in the famous red shirt, taking his tally to 21 goals for the season.

As such, EA Sports decided to reward Lukaku with a brand new 88-rated card in their newest Fifa 18 Team of the Week.

Not a bad selection of players there, with Lukaku's card looking pretty tasty, with his 89 shooting set to be lethal in the game.

Those who purchased his 'One to Watch' card will be ecstatic with their automatic upgrade, but one man who wasn't too happy with the stat boost was none other than Lukaku himself.

In fact, barely 20 minutes after EA Sports' tweet, Lukaku replied stating that he was not pleased with one aspect of his new card.

LUKAKU'S ANGRY TWEET

He has a point you know.

The moment Lukaku is referring to happened late in the Chelsea game, where he picked up the ball deep in his own half and burst past a number of Blues players at serious pace.

You can watch below and make up your mind whether his 70 acceleration should be improved. We certainly think so.

That is some serious acceleration.

After the Chelsea game, Lukaku also spoke out saying he deserves more respect for his goal scoring, stating that he's often ridiculed “because I’ve been in the game for so long”.

He said: “I started playing when I was 16. Year in, year out people expect 20 goals from me. I’ve been doing it for 10 years straight so I think I’ve proved myself. You expect a bit more respect but it’s the situation we’re in. I don’t listen to it. I just want to improve and show the people what I can do on the pitch.”
