When you consider that pretty much the past year has been built around Braun Strowman, the immediate assumption would be that he would be the first name WWE would book into a match on the WrestleMania 34 card in New Orleans, Louisiana next month.

However, WWE still hasn’t booked The Monster Among Men in a match right now with fans left wondering what the potential plans could be for someone who has taken Monday Night RAW by storm and deserves a marquee match at the Grandest Stage of Them All.

However, the whole point of not booking Strowman in a match right now boils down to Roman Reigns and a recent scandal he’s been involved in which could make him possibly miss WrestleMania.

WRESTLEMANIA PLANS

Based on that, the Wrestling Observer Newsletter has revealed that a multitude of roles have been speculated for Strowman and what he could be doing inside of the Superdome.

The first is Strowman potentially replacing Reigns in his Universal Championship match against Brock Lesnar. It all depends on whether the recent allegations against The Big Dog are proven to be true or a farce. If they are true, then there’s a chance that he could be forced to miss WrestleMania and some additional time - so Strowman would be brought into the fold instead.

However, if the allegations aren’t true then the Wrestling Observer Newsletter is also claiming that WWE might go ahead and not even book Strowman in a match.

The second plan that WWE could move ahead with is that he might be used as a sideshow attraction by destroying things to leave the fans in awe. As it’s WrestleMania and if this is the plan WWE selects, then expect it to be something people are talking about for quite some time and not something you’d see on an ordinary episode of RAW.

INTERCONTINENTAL CHAMPIONSHIP

If that’s not the case, then WWE might choose to place him in the Intercontinental Championship match. At the moment, The Miz is scheduled to defend the gold in a triple threat match against Seth Rollins and Finn Balor. However, if WWE plans on putting Strowman into the fold, then a healthy Samoa Joe could also be added to make it another multi-man title match.

Finally, with talk of WWE giving a lot more importance to the Andre the Giant memorial battle royal - along with a speculated push for the winner with the Andre the Giant HBO documentary being released - WWE might go ahead and give the win to a huge name Although, this has been reported by other sources and not the most recent edition of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter.

It seems like Strowman is currently attached to half of the card. In fact, at one point he was even speculated to team up with Ronda Rousey to battle Triple H and Stephanie McMahon based on the tease we saw between the two men at Survivor Series.

As impressive as Strowman destroying things is, he certainly deserves a big and memorable match at WrestleMania 34.
