Five English teams entered the Champions League's round of 16 and only two made it out.Liverpool and Manchester City progressed at the expense of Porto and Basel, while Tottenham and Chelsea bowed out with dignity in their entertaining ties versus European heavyweights Juventus and Barcelona. However, Manchester United really let the Premier League down, exiting the competition with a whimper at the hands of a pretty average Sevilla side.Vincenzo Montella's side can still certainly play, but their patchy form this season says all you need to know. The 2-1 loss at Old Trafford was undoubtedly Jose Mourinho's worst night in the United hot-seat, with virtually all his 'star players' turning in woeful displays on Tuesday evening.Paul Pogba's short cameo performance was torn to shreds by a number of fans, with the Frenchman seemingly incapable of making a pass or showing any heart. So when Roy Keane was asked to analyse United's display for ITV, Pogba's impact was naturally a hot topic. And the Irishman delivered some very good analysis on why the £89m midfielder is such an issue at the club right now.

"We've spoken about Pogba a number of times," he said. "He's not the only problem. But if he can't get in the starting XI, you're in trouble.

"He comes on, you expect good players to effect the game, he came on last night and did nothing. We saw with the goal, his reaction to it was like a schoolboy.

"He doesn't smell danger. The reason you're in a team is if one of your mates makes a mistake, you cover for him. You make up for him, nobody is helping each other. They're playing as individuals."

He's bang on the money.

A player with the pedigree of Pogba is expected to deliver when it matters most, but against Sevilla, he done the polar opposite.

The former Juventus man is still firmly locked in a crossroads in his career and if he doesn't find form soon, he could find himself out of Mourinho's future plans or even worse, sold in the summer.
