One of the most interesting storylines going on in WWE right now is the feud between Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens - again.

Owens and Zayn were originally best friends in NXT before Owens turned on Zayn, who won the NXT Championship. The pair then became bitter enemies on WWE TV and feuded with each other on RAW for some time.

Eventually when the pair both found themselves on SmackDown Live they reunited to attack a common enemy in Shane McMahon. During Owens' Hell In A Cell match against Shane last year, Zayn came out to save Owens and help him win.

Since then Owens and Zayn had reunited as best friends on WWE TV, however, their simultaneous involvement in the WWE Title picture has once again turned them against each other.

On Tuesday's SmackDown Live earlier this week McMahon announced that Sami Zayn will be facing Kevin Owens at WrestleMania 34.

This was before he announced he would be taking a temporary leave of absence before being savagely attacked by both Owens and McMahon.

It looks like the match between Owens and Zayn is still on, but McMahon's involvement doesn't seem to be done in the angle. After what Owens and Zayn did the the SmackDown Live Commissioner it's unlikely he stays out of the mix until WrestleMania.

That's exactly what Bryan Alvarez of Wrestling Observer Live reports, as he says it's possible the match turns into a Triple Threat. That Triple Threat match being Kevin Owens vs. Sami Zayn vs. Shane McMahon.

But wait, there's more! SmackDown Live Genera Manager Daniel Bryan could possibly serve as the Special Guest Referee in that match (quotes via Ringside News):

"There are four weeks left until WrestleMania, I presume it will be Shane McMahon, Sami Zayn, Kevin Owens in a three-way with Daniel Bryan as the guest referee.

"I don't know that for sure but I can not fathom the idea that they spent this much time building up something and then at the end of the day he's just off the show because he got beaten up.

"I mean they played it up like it was near death but he's a McMahon and I presume he will be back in a few weeks and build up that match with those two guys.

"So, I think that match will be added to Mania."
