If you didn't already think that the WWE was a global powerhouse, their expansion into Saudi Arabia should confirm it for you.

Vince McMahon has struck a deal that will see WWE events take place in Saudi Arabia for the next 10 years and to kick off that partnership, the WWE are going to host the biggest Royal Rumble of all-time.

It shall be a 50-man event, eclipsing the 40-men that battled it out in 2011.

The event will take place on April 27 - a Friday night - and that would undoubtedly serve as a live event under normal circumstances.

However, with the magnitude of the event and the names that have already been confirmed, fans are concerned that unless they buy a ticket and attend the event, they'll miss history.

Well, allow Roman Reigns to allay those fears.

Reigns is one of a host of names that have been confirmed for the event alongside John Cena, Triple H, Shinsuke Nakamura, AJ Styles, Braun Strowman, Randy Orton, Seth Rollins and many more.

There has also been reports that McMahon has tried to secure the Undertaker and Chris Jericho for the event too - he really is pulling out all the stops.

But, can fans watch the event?

During an appearance on Sam Roberts' podcast, Reigns talked about the upcoming 50-man “Greatest Royal Rumble” event in Saudi Arabia. According to NoDQ.com, Reigns said he hoped he wasn’t giving away spoilers before stating, “I believe it’s going to be a huge network special.”

So there you have it: if you have the WWE Network, you'll be able to witness history.

There has been no indication as of yet what the winner of the battle royal will get. Of course, the winner of the traditional Royal Rumble gets a world title shot at WrestleMania and seeing as the match takes place just nine days before Backlash, maybe it will have an influence on that pay-per-view?

That's speculation at the moment, but one thing that Reigns has let slip is we shall all be able to see the 50-man Royal Rumble.
