Francis Ngannou has not competed for UFC since he lost to UFC Heavyweight Champion Stipe Miocic at UFC 220, but he's already looking for another big fight when he decides to return to the Octagon.

The 31-year-old won his first six UFC fights via knockout or submission, before losing via unanimous decision to Miocic at UFC 220 in January. Now, he wants a huge fight to bounce back from his first UFC defeat.

The likes of Derrick Lewis and Mark Hunt have thrown out challenges to the promising heavyweight, but the suggestions which Ngannou has put forward are ones which the UFC will absolutely love.

The Cameroonian has called out two of the biggest names in the world of sport to step inside the Octagon with him for a fight, and one of them certainly has a very good chance of happening. Ngannou wants to fight against either Brock Lesnar or Anthony Joshua.

Ngannout said during an appearance on The MMA Hour on Monday according to MMA Fighting: “Please Brock, come back, come back my friend. We need you here. We need you to put the fun in this division. I need you to give me that f*****g fight I’ve been waiting for for a long time, I’ve been dreaming for.

“It’s up to what (the UFC) want to give me. There are a lot of people out there who want to fight me. I saw Mark Hunt, he would be a great one. By myself, I want Brock. Brock Lesnar.”

The Predator also mentioned he would like the opportunity of trading punches with Joshua inside the Octagon after heavyweight boxing champion had teased a move to MMA. He said: “I heard Anthony Joshua say he’s gonna fight in MMA and if he wants to face me and I was like, ‘Hey, you’re welcome, man’. We gonna do it both sides, in the Octagon and inside the ring.”

However, the roadblock which is currently in the way and that is stopping this fight from happening is Lesnar's future. It's still unclear if he will stay with WWE once his contract expires in a couple of weeks, or if he will leave the company for a UFC return.

One of the main reasons why Ngannou desperately wants to fight against Lesnar is because of his physique, as he said: “I like the fight. He look like — I don’t know if you ever seen this guy, he looks very, very big and strong. And I really want to try that.”

If he does return to the Octagon though, he will have to serve the rest of his suspension from when he tested positive for a banned substance after his UFC 200 fight against Hunt. Only after this suspension has been served can Lesnar fight once more for UFC.

Nevertheless, Ngannou is determined to be the one standing across from Lesnar when he finally returns, as he said: “Listen, there are the three ones who want me and me, I want Brock."
