Gills boss cuts eight

Adam Miller is one of eight players released by new Gillingham manager Andy Hessenthaler.

The 28-year-old midfielder, who was brought to Kent from Stevenage by former manager Mark Stimson, scored 13 goals in 97 appearances for the Gills.

Tom Wynter, Rashid Yussuff, Stewart Lewis, Luis Cumbers, Andy Pugh, James Walker and Jacob Erskine have also left the club.
