Valencia have confirmed Real Madrid head the queue to sign Manchester United target David Silva.
Los Che have admitted their key assets are up for sale and David Villa has already moved to Barcelona for 35 million euros.
Silva is valued at a similar price as his Spain international team mate Villa but there looks to be more interest in the winger.
Jose Mourinho has gone on record saying he wants to overhaul his squad this summer and has put Silva behind Angel di Maria on his wanted list.
Valencia’s president Manuel Llorente told Spanish newspaper AS: “I have not had any conversations regarding Silva with any club.
“His exit depends on the offer and the interest in him. We have not entered any conversation with Madrid but I have received inputs of their interest. Silva is worth a lot of money,” he added.
Sir Alex Ferguson is not expected to bring in a lot of players this summer but does have significant funds and could spend it all on Silva.
The World Cup is likely to see his value sky-rocket and Silva will see it as a great chance to impress potential suitors.
