O'Flynn offered Bees deal

Published Add your comment

Barnet have offered star striker John O'Flynn a new deal.

The 27-year-old, who bagged 16 goals in 41 appearances last season to follow up the 18 he scored in 2008/09, is out of contract at the end of this month.

O'Flynn rejected a £100,000 switch to League Two rivals Shrewsbury in the January transfer window and new Bees boss Mark Stimson is keen to see him take up the offer to remain at Underhill.

Stimson is also waiting on a decision from left-back Kenny Gillet over his improved contract offer.
