Goalkeeper Steve Mildenhall has completed his move to Millwall after leaving Southend.

The 32-year-old has signed a one-year contract at The Den to provide competition for regular Lions number one David Forde.

"I'm very pleased to be here, it was an easy decision," he said.

"They are a good side, they did really well to get promoted last season and I want to be around the type of players here - winners."
