Football News 24/7Bristol City have completed the signing of Ipswich striker Jon Stead for an undisclosed fee.
The 27-year-old has signed a three-year contract having agreed personal terms and passed a medical at Ashton Gate on Monday morning.
Stead could actually make his debut against Ipswich when City travel to Portman Road in the Championship on Saturday.
