Charlie Daniels and Jonathan Tehoue are injury doubts for Leyton Orient's home game against Huddersfield.
Defender Daniels missed last weekend's 2-0 defeat at Dagenham with a hamstring strain and is unlikely to be fit, meaning Elliot Omozusi will again switch flanks to continue at left-back with midfielder Jimmy Smith filling in on the right.
Striker Tehoue also sat out the Daggers game with an ankle injury and is still struggling.
Tehoue's absence meant a rare substitute appearance for Adrian Patulea at Victoria Road and he is likely be on the bench again if the Frenchman is ruled out.
Young forward Jake Argent remains a long-term absentee with his knee ligament problem.
Huddersfield pair Scott Arfield and Graham Carey will return to contention.
Midfielder Arfield and winger Carey missed last week's draw with Bournemouth as they were on international duty for Scotland and Republic of Ireland Under-21s respectively.
Both players are expected to return to the Terriers' bench. Goalkeeper Alex Smithies, an unused substitute for England Under-21s, will retain his place in the starting line-up.
But Town will be without defender Gary Naysmith again. The Scotland international has had surgery on his foot and will be sidelined for four months, so Liam Ridehalgh will continue at full-back.
Nathan and Tom Clarke remain sidelined with respective knee injuries. Nathan is expected back in full training within four weeks, while Tom has targeted a return to action at Christmas.
