Yeovil Town Vs Tranmere Rovers, Sat 11 Sep 2010

New signing Gavin Williams will go straight into Yeovil's starting line-up for their clash with Tranmere at Huish Park.

The Bristol City midfielder returned for a third spell with the Glovers this week in a three-month loan deal and boss Terry Skiverton confirmed he will start.

Fellow loanee Shaun MacDonald is also expected to feature against Les Parry's side for the first time since returning to the club from Swansea.

But striker Sam Williams will not feature as he will serve the second of a three-match ban following his sending off in the derby clash at Exeter last month.

The Glovers have not won since the opening day of the season and were thrashed 4-0 at Notts County last weekend.

Tranmere boss Les Parry is facing an injury crisis.

Seven senior players missed last weekend`s 1-0 home win over Peterborough and Rovers` casualty list has worsened this week.

Ian Goodison, Adam McGurk, Sam Morrow and Enoch Showunmi are all nursing injuries and could miss the match at Huish Park.

Parry said: "We are not going to get back any of the players who were out last week and we could lose some more.

"I brought in the FA coach, Neil Bailey, this week to do some work with the players. It's something I started doing last season, bringing in guest coaches in to make the sessions different. But we had only 12 outfield players for him to work with."
