Cardiff striker Jay Bothroyd is confident his niggling calf injury will not cause him long-term problems.
Bothroyd has seen a specialist this week, but insists he does not have a hereditary problem and expects to be fit for Saturday's game against Millwall.
"I think I've only suffered three calf strains in my career. It just happens there have been a couple recently. But I'm feeling good, sharp and confident and I will be okay to play against Millwall," he told Wales Online.
Bothroyd added: "Calves can be tricky and I was delighted to play for 80 minutes at Ipswich. It was never thought I would play the whole game, but it's not something I feel will hinder my career in any way."
