Gary Roberts scored the only goal of the game as Port Vale won their npower League Two top-of-the-table clash with Shrewsbury.
Roberts netted 17 minutes from full-time to move Micky Adams' side four points clear at the top.

Stockport scored twice in the final 12 minutes to snatch a 2-2 draw with Accrington. Tom Fisher and George Donnelly got the goals to cancel out strikes from Andrew Procter and Terry Gornell.
Cheltenham and Oxford drew 1-1 while Macclesfield's trip to Crewe returned the same result.
