Bournemouth manager Eddie Howe lauded veteran striker Steve Fletcher again after his side's hard-fought 3-2 win over MK Dons.
Goals by Danny Hollands, Anton Robinson and Marc Pugh turned the match around after Sean O'Hanlon had headed MK Dons in front just before half-time. Peter Leven cut the deficit from the penalty spot 10 minutes from the end, while Angelo Balanta was sent off in the closing stages for violent conduct.
Howe said: ``Steve Fletcher was magnificent and within five minutes of coming on had completely changed the face of the game."
He added: ``He lifted not only his team-mates, but also the crowd. He earns great respect from his team-mates and his opponents and clearly his presence unsettled MK Dons.
``He's difficult to mark as he's so physically strong and hopefully he'll retain his fitness and play on a lot longer yet.''
