Tigers land former England U21 starlet

Published Add your comment

Hull have announced the signing of former England Under-21 international Liam Rosenior on a short-term deal.

Rosenior had been without a club since being released by fellow Championship outfit Reading in the summer. He had been offered the chance to train with the Tigers and impressed in a reserve team fixture during the week.

The 24-year-old will go straight into the squad to face Barnsley at Oakwell on Saturday after signing a contract until January 2011. The ex-Fulham full-back will be hoping to impress during the coming weeks in an attempt to earn a longer deal at the KC Stadium.
