Grant set for Dale switch

Rochdale are poised to sign Scunthorpe striker Bobby Grant on a month-long loan this week.

Grant, 20, joined the Iron from Accrington in the summer but has struggled to establish himself at Glanford Park and has not yet scored a goal.

A statement from Rochdale said: "The 20-year-old is poised for a month-long spell at Spotland, subject to the paperwork being completed and is expected to link-up with the squad later in the week."
