Gael Clichy's agent has come out and denied any possibility of the left-back moving away from the Emirates this season.
Speculation had been circulating that the french international was looking to move away from Arsenal, as he believed that Kieran Gibbs is getting ready to take his place in the starting line up.
The rumours surrounding the 25-year-old left-back suggested that he was contemplating a summer switch to Serie A stars Juventus.
However, Clichy's agent Ivan Le Mee has come out and insisted he has no plans to leave the Gunners for Juventus in the near future, explaining to calciomercato.it:
"His relationships with Arsenal and (boss) Arsene Wenger are great. I don't understand where all these rumours have come from,"
He went on to say: "Also, his contract expires in June 2012, so it wouldn't make sense to force the issue now."
However, Clichy's agent did not rule a future move for the Arsenal star to the Serie A, where Clichy has previously suggested he would be interested to play.
Le Mee added: "Gael is doing very well, playing for his national team and in the Premier League he's now a certain starter. There will be time for him to go to Italy."
