Matt Tubbs' classy equaliser ensured non-league Crawley live to fight another day in the FA Cup after holding Swindon to a 1-1 draw in their second-round clash.

Swindon striker Charlie Austin had swept the npower League One side into a 66th-minute lead with a fine finish inside the penalty area.

But just 10 minutes later Tubbs booked a replay for the Blue Square Premier side with a classy finish - his 17th goal of the season.

The clear-cut chances in the first-half fell the visitors' way, and they almost took the lead in bizarre fashion.

Matt Richie drove low against Michel Kuipers' left-hand post, the ball rebounded onto the goalkeeper's shoulder and back off the woodwork on its way behind for what should have been a corner, but was mysteriously given as a goal-kick.

Just after the hour-mark Swindon were rewarded with the opening goal when Austin slammed home his 12th of the campaign from 12 yards, but Crawley equalised 10 minutes later when Tubbs cutely finished Sergio Torres' through-ball with the outside of his right boot.
