Macclesfield boss Gary Simpson will be without defenders Carl Tremarco and Shaun Brisley for the home clash with Gillingham.
Tremarco has under-gone hip surgery and is set for several months on the sidelines, while Brisley is recovering from a similar injury.
Silkmen physio Nick Reid said: "We've not picked up any new injuries in the last week, so we're only missing Carl Tremarco and Shaun Brisley with their hip problems.
"Carl's operation went fine and he's getting on with his rehabilitation. Shaun, meanwhile, is further along and started jogging last week. We'll have him running again soon."
Simpson's only other major injury concern is striker Ricky Sappleton, who is battling his way back from a knee problem and Reid added: "It's good news that the final scan has come back absolutely fine so he can get back to training."
Gillingham boss Andy Hessenthaler will be forced to make at least three changes to his starting line-up.
Loanee Callum Kennedy played his last game for the Gills in the 2-1 win against Barnet last time out, and has returned to parent club Swindon, while Chris Palmer suffered a knee injury in training attempting to block a shot.
The injury is not serious but is enough to put the goalscoring midfielder on the sidelines for up to 10 days.
Tony Sinclair is suspended after being booked for the fifth time this season, but Andy Barcham, Simon King and Dennis Oli will return to the squad after injury, despite having not yet played any reserve-team football due to the weather conditions.
