MK Dons have a host of injury worries ahead of the visit of Oldham.

On-loan striker Angelo Balanta will be out of action until March with an ankle injury and joint top scorer Sam Baldock remains sidelined. The striker has scored five league goals this season but is still out with an injured ankle picked up against Sheffield Wednesday.

Utility player Jude Stirling is nearing a return to action after a groin strain but will not make the squad. Defender Sean O'Hanlon may make the bench after some improvement in the condition of a stomach muscle injury.

Striker Aaron Wilbraham serves a one-match suspension as a result of his red card at Notts County.

American striker Jemal Johnson and midfielder Adam Chicksen have missed training this week through illness but look to have recovered in time.

Oldham boss Paul Dickov has a virtually full-strength squad.

Midfielder Ritchie Jones has recovered from hamstring and groin injuries, leaving the Latics with no major injury concerns.

Dickov`s men have not played for three weeks after recent matches against Walsall and Swindon were both frozen off.

However, the Boundary Park outfit played a behind-closed doors friendly against Blackburn on Tuesday at Rovers` training ground as Dickov looked to give his men some much-needed match practice.

Dickov, meanwhile, is confident of striking a deal to keep Filipe Morais at the club for the rest of the season.

The Portuguese-born winger, who is currently on non-contract forms, has been offered a package for the remainder of the campaign.
