No third time lucky for frozen Imps

Tuesday's FA Cup second round replay between Lincoln and Hereford has been postponed for a third time due to a frozen pitch at Sincil Bank.

Following an inspection at 10.30 on Monday morning, the playing surface was deemed to be unsafe and, with the temperature not forecast to get above -5 for the rest of the day, the decision was made to call the game off.

Wycombe will host the winners of the tie between the Imps and the Bulls, who drew 2-2 at Edgar Street on November 27 and have been unable to meet again due to the adverse weather conditions.
