Robins prepared to let star man leave

Swindon manager Danny Wilson has admitted the club may be willing to sell striker Charlie Austin - but only at the right price.

The 21-year-old has continued on from his great debut campaign for the Robins last season, netting 15 goals so far this season in just 21 matches.

Wilson told the Swindon Advertiser: "Whether they (interested clubs) come up with a price in the area of which we may do business, I don't know. You've just got to look at the market place right now and players going for certain fees. Look at Charlie's ability, his age and what is in front of him - it makes you look at him and say he is worth this or that?"

He added: "As with all goalscorers, he can step up again. Strikers are at a premium and while he keeps banging the goals in then I presume his stock will go up."
