Carl Fletcher returned from a thigh injury in Tuesday's 1-1 draw with Notts County and will retain the captain's armband and fellow midfielder Jim Paterson played the full 90 minutes following his return from a hamstring strain.

Manager Peter Reid will be hoping defender Onismor Bhasera and midfielder Kari Arnason, who both played against Notts County, have shaken off illness.

Argyle are unbeaten in their last three league matches and although currently in 15th place in the table, are only four points adrift of the play-offs.

Bottom-of-the-table Yeovil have a fully fit squad available.

The Glovers have not played since their December 14 FA Cup loss at Hartlepool, allowing a trio of key players to recover from injury.

Paul Huntington (rib) and Adam Virgo (knee) had been due to the return for the postponed Boxing Day clash against Brentford and they are set to feature against the Pilgrims.

Manager Terry Skiverton has more options at the back thanks to the recovery of Stefan Stam, who has shook off a hamstring injury.

Nathan Smith is available for selection after serving a one-match ban picked up after the midfielder accumulated five bookings.

Winger Ivan Sproule has returned to parent club Bristol City after his weather-affected loan spell came to an end.
