Hill swoops for Fon Williams

Rochdale boss Keith Hill has moved to bring in a permanent goalkeeper by signing Owain Fon Williams from League Two strugglers Stockport.

The 23-year-old has signed a deal until the end of the season and will go straight into the squad for Saturday's trip to Yeovil.

The Welshman recently returned to Edgeley Park from a three-month loan spell at Bury, having lost his place at County to Matt Glennon.

Meanwhile, Scunthorpe stopper Josh Lillis will remain at Spotland until the end of his current loan spell on February 6.
