Fulham have sold Swedish forward David Elm to Swedish club Elfsborg, for an undisclosed fee.

Elm, who joined in July 2009, scored just one Premier League goal for the club - against Burnley in February last year.

A Cottagers club statement read: "Fulham Football Club can confirm the permanent transfer of David Elm to Swedish side IF Elfsborg as of February 1. We would like to thank David for his services and wish him all the best for the future."
