John Pantsil's own goal gave Liverpool manager Kenny Dalglish his second successive victory as the Reds beat Fulham 1-0 to move up to seventh in the table.

The right-back sliced the ball into his own net in a goalmouth melee after Fernando Torres' shot had rebounded back off a post.

Torres had earlier had a goal wrongly disallowed for offside in the sixth minute.
