Blackpool have confirmed the signature of Moroccan international Salaheddine Sbai.
The African full back joins the Tangerines on a short-term deal, signing until the end of the season with an option of a further year.
25-year-old Sbai signs from French Ligue 2 outfit Nimes, who he joined in June 2009 from Belgian outfit Charleroi.
Sbai was at Bloomfield Road to watch the thrilling Blackpool v Manchester United match in midweek, and has already trained with his club team-mates.
The official statement on the Blackpool club website states the player is instantly available for selection, and could face West Ham United in the next Barclays Premier League game.
Blackpool have a free weekend though, with FA Cup fourth round matches taking place.
