Millwall have signed former Watford and Fulham winger Hameur Bouazza.

The Algerian, 25, is back in English football after leaving French side Arles-Avignon and has agreed a deal until the end of the season.

He was part of the Blackpool squad which secured promotion last season and has also played for Charlton, Birmingham and Swindon.

Bouazza is currently recovering from minor knee surgery but is looking forward to assisting in Millwall's Championship play-off push.

"I'm happy to be back and in England and at Millwall. I missed English football so much," Bouazza told Millwall Player. "I felt that French football and English football were not the same. It is a good thing for me to be back.

"I just had minor surgery on my left knee on a meniscus problem, but I will be back playing in one to two weeks.

"In this league every team can go up and everything is possible in this league.

"Millwall have been doing well since the start of the season so I don't see why we can't go up.

"I can't wait to get back on the pitch and enjoy it with the lads."
