Aaron Ramsey could well make his second Cardiff debut when Reading visit the Welsh capital.

The midfielder left the Bluebirds for Arsenal in June 2008 but returned to Cardiff last Saturday on a one-month loan deal, although his clearance was not received in time for him to feature in the 4-2 triumph over Watford.

His bow could now come against the Royals, although manager Dave Jones has a selection decision to make with virtually a fully-fit squad of riches at his disposal.

Jay Bothroyd, Michael Chopra, Craig Bellamy, Peter Whittingham, Seyi Olofinjana and Jay Emmanuel-Thomas formed a devastating forward and midfield six against the Hornets, which had City 3-0 ahead just after the half-hour mark.

And with the likes of Jon Parkin, Gavin Rae, Chris Burke, Darcy Blake and Jason Koumas on the fringes, Jones has an embarrassment of options to select from.

Midfielder Stephen McPhail does miss out, however, as he continues his recovery from a hamstring injury, while on-loan striker Andy Keogh has been recalled by Wolves and instead loaned out to Bristol City.

Reading are waiting on the fitness of Jimmy Kebe.

Winger Kebe has been one of the Royals' most instrumental players this season but missed the FA Cup win at Stevenage at the weekend through illness. He is being monitored and could return in Wales.

Central defender Alex Pearce also missed out at the weekend with a thigh injury and is likely to be unavailable again, meaning club captain Ivar Ingimarsson will continue after his recovery from a long-term hamstring problem.

January signings Mathieu Manset, Brett Williams and Sean Morrison could all travel and be included for the first time.

Strikers Manset and Williams arrived from Hereford and Eastleigh respectively while centre-half Morrison has come in from Swindon. The trio were all cup-tied for the Stevenage game but could feature.
