Seasiders snare Kornilenko

Blackpool have snapped up Belarus international Sergei Kornilenko on loan for the rest of the season from Zenit St Petersburg.

The 27-year-old became the fourth transfer deadline day signing at Bloomfield Road, following Andy Reid, James Beattie and Jason Puncheon.

But Ian Holloway will be just as pleased to have made it to the end of the transfer window with captain Charlie Adam still on board.

Kornilenko, who has recently had loan spells with Tom Tomsk and Rubin Kazan, will add to Holloway's strike options.
