Megson plans backroom reshuffle

Published Add your comment

Rob Kelly and Billy Barr have left Sheffield Wednesday's coaching staff.

Kelly, who oversaw the Owls` 2-2 draw with MK Dons last weekend, was assistant manager under former boss Alan Irvine and Barr was first-team coach at Hillsborough.

New manager Gary Megson wishes to appoint a new backroom team after succeeding Irvine, who was sacked last week following a six-game winless run.

A statement on the club`s official website said: "Sheffield Wednesday would like to thank Rob and Billy for their services and wish them well for the future."
