Peter Gain will return to the Dagenham squad for the visit of high-flying Bournemouth.

Midfielder Gain is available after a three-match suspension and manager John Still will have to decide whether to change a side that has been doing well to accommodate him.

The Daggers earned a creditable point at home to Huddersfield in midweek thanks to a Danny Green penalty and are off the bottom of League One after Plymouth had 10 points deducted.

However, Still's men have as many as three games in hand on those teams and could be clear of trouble if they win them.

Defender Will Antwi is still suffering with a groin problem but his rehabilitation work is well under way and he should be available in a fortnight.

Striker Josh Scott is out for the rest of the season with a blood clot.

Bournemouth boss Lee Bradbury will be without Warren Cummings.

The left-back, who has not trained all week, has been suffering from a bout of tonsilitis which forced him out of Tuesday night's goalless draw with Sheffield Wednesday.

That means Bradbury will select the same matchday squad for the second time in a week.

Ben Williamson faces another two weeks on the sidelines with an ankle injury, while long-term absentees Mark Molesley and Steve Lovell are still sidelined.

Midfielder Molesley is edging closer to first-team duty following his return to training after an 18-month lay-off with an ankle injury.

Striker Lovell has also returned to training from a similar injury but is only taking part in non-contact sessions for the time being.
