Lincoln will be without Luke Howell when Accrington visit Sincil Bank.
The midfielder faces up to three weeks on the sidelines after suffering a hamstring injury midway through the first half of the home victory over Oxford.
Mustapha Carayol could be set for a rare start after replacing Howell on Tuesday night.
"He was out for a while through injury and I spoke to him after the game in midweek because I still feel he needs to get fitter," said manager Steve Tilson. "He has got so much ability and if he is fully fit he can rip this league up. He just needs a bit of consistency and he needs to be a bit fitter."
On-loan Arsenal full-back Gavin Hoyte has missed the last two matches with a knee injury and the club have confirmed the Arsenal youngster will now miss the remainder of the season.
Midfielder Clark Keltie also remains sidelined due to a thigh strain.
Accrington boss John Coleman will have Kevin Long back.
The on-loan Burnley centre-back has recovered from the hamstring injury that has kept him out of the last two matches.
Forward Rory Boulding will be unavailable for selection as he begins a three-match ban for the red card he received in a reserve-team game on February 16.
Right-back Leam Richardson again misses out with the groin problem that has seen him miss the previous three games.
Midfielder Sean McConville is pushing for a starting place after impressive displays off the bench in the last two games.
However, Coleman will more likely stick with the same team that secured a 1-0 win over Torquay last weekend - a result that made it three wins in a row for Stanley.
