Robin Van Persie and Cesc Fabregas have both been included in Arsenal's squad to face Barcelona in the second leg of their Champions League last-16 tie at the Nou Camp on Tuesday.

Fabregas had been rated as 90% certain to face the Catalan giants, but Van Persie, who was ruled out for three weeks after suffering a knee injury scoring The Gunners' equaliser against Birmingham City in last Sunday's Carling Cup final, is included.

The Dutchman missed last season's reverse fixture in the Champions League against Pep Guardiola's side, but is set for an early return after taking part in training on Monday morning.

As expected, Alex Song and Theo Walcott are missing from Arsenal's 19-man squad, but England midfielder Jack Wilshire does make the trip, after confirming his fitness on Twitter on Sunday afternoon.

Arsene Wenger's side go into the second leg defending the 2-1 aggregate lead they earned at The Emirates Stadium three weeks ago, with Van Persie scoring the first as the Londoners came from behind.
