Anthony Straker is in line to start when Aldershot host Torquay.

Left-back Straker returned from a loan spell at Wycombe last week and made his return as a substitute against the Chairboys on Saturday but is expected to replace Aaron Morris from kick-off against the Gulls.

Midfielder Alex Rodman is still struggling with a calf injury sustained in training at the back end of last week and has been ruled out for a further month.

Striker Luke Medley will again be in the squad after he signed on loan from Mansfield and winger Jermaine McGlashan could start as he tries to overcome shin splints.

Forward Jack Randall broke his leg while on loan at Didcot Town recently and is a long-term absentee.

Torquay boss Paul Buckle could be without Billy Kee for the trip.

The seven-goal striker has been struggling with an ankle problem in recent weeks and lasted just 27 minutes of Saturday's 2-0 win over Stevenage before being replaced by Danny Stevens, who went on to score the first goal.

If Kee is not available, Buckle may decide to continue with the 4-4-2 formation he reverted to when Stevens was introduced against Borough.

That would mean Jake Robinson and Chris Zebroski continuing up front, with Stevens making up the four-man midfield.

The Gulls, who are currently in eighth in npower League Two, could move to within a point of the play-off places with a win.
