Chelsea full back Jose Bosingwa's contract talks have stalled with Europe's elite ready to pounce this summer.
The Portuguese international has failed to hold down a regular starting place under Carlo Ancelotti, with injuries and the form of Branislav Ivanovic keeping him on the sidelines.
The right-back's current deal expires in 2012 after he extended his contract earlier this season, but talks to further lengthen his deal until 2014 have broken down.
The news is likely to put the likes of AC Milan, Juventus and Bayern Munich on alert.
After the £50 million signing of Fernando Torres, Ancelotti is likely to be under pressure to balance the books at Stamford Bridge, and the sale of Bosingwa, 28, would help The Blues recoup some of the £16.3 million they spent on him in 2008.
