Chelsea defender Branislav Ivanovic fully expects Fernando Torres to return to his sensational best in the not too distant future.
The Spaniard has yet to find the net in seven games since his record £50 million move from Liverpool and even found himself on the bench for last night's Champions League bore draw with FC Copenhagen.
However, Chelsea boss Carlo Ancelotti has confirmed he rested the 26-year-old striker in order to keep him fresh for the weekend's crunch clash with Manchester City, and Ivanovic has backed his teammate to break his duck - and what better way to start than at the Bridge on Sunday.
"There is no problem [with Fernando]," Ivanovic told talkSPORT.
"Every striker wants to score because goals bring you confidence, but he is showing great movement on the pitch and he’s getting chances, which is very important for a striker.
"The goals will come for sure."
