Stoke hammer Magpies

Stoke completed a marvellous week by overcoming Newcastle 4-0 at the Britannia Stadium on Saturday afternoon.

Manager Tony Pulis saw his side clinch a place in the FA Cup semi-final on Sunday and delight the fans with a four goal show.

Jon Walters began the rout in the eighth minute with Jermaine Pennant, Danny Higginbotham and substitute Ricardo Fuller all on target as Newcastle were over-run.
