Chesterfield have extended the loan spell of Crystal Palace winger Kieran Djilali until April.

The young midfielder initially joined on a month's emergency loan from the Championship club until March, having also played for the club during the 2009/10 season.

Djilali replaced Jack Lester against Rotherham on Friday, whose second hat-trick of the season helped the Spireites on their way to a resounding 5-0 victory over their local rivals.

The 20-year-old will now return to the Championship strugglers on April 16, after the home game against Macclesfield.
