Reported Liverpool target Balazs Dzsudzsak has entered into negotiations with Juventus, it has been claimed.
Despite the 24-year-old signing recently signing a new contract with PSV Eindhoven to keep him at the club until 2015, Corriere dello Sport alleges that Juve are closing in on the 24-year-old.
It had previously been reported that Liverpool had been closely monitoring the Hungary winger with a few to bringing him to Anfield in January.
Liverpool director of football Damien Comolli was understood to have earmarked Dzsudzsak as a potential transfer window acquisition as the Reds looked to add more potent wide options to their ranks. Indeed, the player's agent soon told origo.hu that the Reds had shown 'serious' interest in his client.
Comolli is thought to still be pursuing a number of widemen with a view to bolstering Kenny Dalglish's squad in the summer, and Liverpool are expected to have plenty of money to spend.
It would seem, however, that Dzsudzsak will now be off the Liverpool radar and they will have to search elsewhere for new recruits.
