Tottenham defender William Gallas has signed a two-year contract extension that will keep him at White Hart Lane until 2013.
The 33-year-old Frenchman joined Spurs on a one-year deal last summer after failing to agree a new contract with Arsenal, and has gone on to make 28 appearances for Harry Redknapp's side this season.
A statement on the Tottenham website read: "The club is delighted to announce that William Gallas has signed a two-year contract extension which runs until 2013. The experienced defender has impressed at the heart of our defence since joining the club in the summer following the expiration of his contract at Arsenal at the end of the 2009/10 campaign."
