Chelsea manager Carlo Ancelotti has lauded Brazilian youngster Neymar’s talent, and while Ancelotti is not interested in signing the youngster just yet, he hinted that the Blues will be watching the Santos striker very closely.

"He's very young, a fantastic talent," Ancelotti told reporters today.

"At this moment, we're not interested."

After Neymar played at Emirates in a friendly with Scotland last weekend, he mused: "It's a dream of every player to play at Chelsea."

Ancelotti responded to the comment by admitting to being flattered that the Brazilian would look so highly on playing at Stamford Bridge.

"It's good news because it's good for the club and the manager if players want to come here,” the Chelsea manager said

"It shows the rumours are true there's a good atmosphere here."

Ancelotti hinted that Neymar has some improving to do before he can join the Chelsea squad, when after watching the 19 year old's performance against Scotland, the Chelsea manager rated Ramires as best on ground.

“It was a good performance [by Neymar], but the best player on the pitch was Ramires - 100%,'' Ancelotti said.
