Lille could be ready to sell winger Eden Hazard to either Arsenal or Chelsea, but only on the understand they can have the player back on loan for next season, report talkSPORT.

The 20-year-old has been subject to interest from a host of clubs, particular from England.

Liverpool were thought to be winning the race to sign Hazard, but now it seems that Arsenal and Chelsea are about to bid for the midfielder.

Reports suggest that with Lille on the verge of qualifying for the Champions League, and with Hazard desperate to represent the club in the competition, he'll spend next season with the French team and join a Premier League side at the end of next season.

Kenny Dalglish has put a winger at the top of his wanted list this summer, as the Liverpool manager wants to sign a player to supply £35 million striker Andy Carroll.

Arsenal are looking for a possible replacement for Andrei Arshavin, while Chelsea may lose Salomon Kalou or Florent Malouda this summer after the bringing in Fernando Torres in January transfer window.

The trump card that Chelsea and Arsenal can pull is regular Champions League football, whereas Liverpool, who are undergoing a re-vamp under Dalglish may even miss out on Europa League football this season.
