Liverpool starlet Daniel Pacheco has revealed he's loving life at Norwich City after joining the Canaries on loan.
The Spaniard will spend the remainder of the season with the Canaries, and produced a debut to remember in the 6-0 victory against Scunthorpe United last weekend, with the official Liverpool website describing it as 'sparkling'.
Substituted to a standing ovation, Paul Lambert said on the performance: "I thought his debut was as good as I've seen."
Pacheco has settled into life in East Anglia quickly, and is hoping to play an integral part in their push for automatic promotion for the remainder of the season.
"The reception I got from the Norwich supporters was amazing," Pacheco told the official Norwich City website.
"For a long time I haven't played many games for Liverpool. To arrive here and see how the fans reacted and how they appreciate my game I have to say thank you to them as well. I was really happy, my family came to see the game. We had a brilliant win, it was great to score six goals and personally I am really pleased as well.
"I think I did well, the manager told me the same after the game and I hope I can keep doing the job to help the team."
The Liverpool youngster has ben on the fringes of the first team at Anfield for some time now, but gave a tribute to Reds boss Kenny Dalglish for allowing him to make the loan move for the remainder of the season.
Competitive first team football is likely to be key to the player's development in the future, and with opportunities currently limited at Liverpool the move represents a positive step for both the player and club.
"I want to say thank you to Kenny Dalglish for allowing me to come here and I appreciate that," the 20-year-old concluded.
