Lyon defender Aly Cissokho is ready to snub Liverpool to stay with the Ligue 1 side.
The Frenchman had been linked with a move to a number of Europe's elite, including Italian duo Juventus and Inter Milan.
However Cissokho says he isn't thinking about a move away, with Liverpool included.
"I have arrived at Lyon and things have not gone badly for me. I have got into the France team and I am thankful for the confidence they have shown in me," he said.
"I am not thinking about interest from other clubs."
The 23-year-old's comment come as a blow to Kenny Dalglish, who is looking to strengthen his defence this summer off the back of spending a hefty amount bringing Luis Suarez and Andy Carroll to the club.
Liverpool are expected to give Dalglish, who is yet to be offered a permanent deal at Anfield, a hefty transfer budget this summer
The Reds have been linked with a number of defenders this summer including Jose Enrique, Scott Dann and Philippe Mexes as Liverpool look to build a squad that can challenge for qualification to the Champions League once again.
