Liam Lawrence has given Portsmouth another injury scare.
The Fratton Park skipper got the all-clear after a scan on a knee problem last week, only to suffer a hamstring injury which kept him out of Saturday's 1-1 draw with Preston.
The influential winger is now awaiting the results of another scan and is a doubt for Tuesday's visit of Coventry.
Pompey boss Steve Cotterill said: "Liam pulled out of training on Friday.
"He tweaked his knee last week, but that was probably on the back of hurting his hamstring.
"He's had a scan on his hamstring and we've just got to wait and see on that one."
Lawrence signed a three-year deal with the club in January after initially joining on loan in September.
