O'Hanlon effort enough for MK Dons

MK Dons claimed a 1-0 npower League One victory at struggling Swindon as Sean O'Hanlon scored the winner after 17 minutes.

Bournemouth claimed their first win in eight games as they won 2-0 at Notts County who endured a club record ninth straight defeat.

Both goals came in the second half, Anton Robinson's powerful header put the Cherries ahead before Danny Ings stormed through and slotted home.

Brentford won 1-0 at Rochdale, Robbie Simpson heading home with a little more than 10 minutes left.

Two goals by Jamie Cureton guided Exeter to a 2-1 win over Leyton Orient.

Cureton gave the hosts a fourth-minute lead with Dean Cox levelling from long range eight minutes later before the former slotted home from close range with 11 minutes left.

Craig Curran scored twice as Carlisle enjoyed an emphatic 4-1 win over Colchester. James Berrett and Liam Noble were the other scorers for the Blues with Steven Gillespie getting the Us' consolation.

A Tommy Miller penalty and a Gary Madine goal guided Sheffield Wednesday to a 2-0 win over Hartlepool, Enoch Showunmi and Ian Goodison saw struggling Tranmere beat fellow strugglers Dagenham & Redbridge 2-0 and Yeovil overcame Luke Ayling's red card to draw 1-1 with Oldham.

Chris Taylor put the Latics ahead before Andrew Welsh slotted home with five minutes to go.
