Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Rafael Van der Vaart says his side could have beaten Arsenal after a thrilling north-London derby.
A Van deer Vaart inspired Spurs twice came from behind to claim a draw with their title chasing rivals, with the Dutchman claiming a double.
And the influential midfielder says Spurs could have claimed all three points.
“I think it was a great game, the crowd were fantastic," he told Sky Sports.
"We played a great game against one of the best teams in the league so we can be happy with 3-3.
“It was an open game and both teams wanted to win, and that’s why there was lots of space.
“We had a few good chances in the second half, Modric in particular, so we could have won.”
Despite their recovery at White Hart Lane the point leave Spurs two points behind fourth placed Manchester City, but with the two sides still to play there is very much all to play for the rest of the season.
The result did little good for Arsenal's title ambitions either, as Manchester United lie six points ahead of the Gunners and Chelsea, with five games remaining.
